The times, they are a-changing...

It has been only about 8 months since I've updated, so perhaps I'm a bit overdue. Quite a lot has changed! I am still at Semi house, and things are going very well there. I have landed a permanent position that is keeping me hopping busy. Also new in my life are the addition of 10 hermit crabs, another rose haired chilean tarantula, 5 triops (who will sadly only be with us for a few months), a giant millipede, some sea monkeys and a cat. Oh, and a girlfriend, who brought the majority of these creatures with her when she moved in. That's right! The sentence I oh-so-casually tossed out there is correct! Not only did I actually find a girl who will put up with me, she's even batty enough to MOVE IN WITH ME! It's crazy but it's true. Her name is Kat. I met her on the internets. I took her to a comedy show and she moved in. All those years, sitting about in over-priced coffee shops bitching and complaining with my other single friends, and who knew it would be so easy?

Kat likes video games and bugs. And she is little.

Anyway, it appears I have some semblence of a real life now, so it might actually mean that I will have things of substance and interest to say, hence the resurrection of the blog.
